Drance: Stecher viewed by Canucks as 3rd pairing guy; he had strong arb case

The Athletic’s Thomas Drance says he’s not surprised that the Canucks did not qualify Troy Stecher because internally, the organization views Stecher as a 3rd pairing defenceman & he would have had a strong arbitration case.
